How to delete your account
- Sign in to the Cookpagoda account you want to delete.
- In My account, first delete any posts and comments you want removed.
- Under Delete account, select Request account deletion, review the notice, enter your account ID and confirm permanent deletion.
If you cannot sign in, email your account ID and registered email address below to request Cookpagoda account deletion. We verify ownership before processing. Do not send your password.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. First remove any posts and comments you want deleted from My account.
- Account, profile, bookmarks, scraps, likes, ratings, cooking activity, quests and account-linked AI chats
- Deleted or detached from the account during deletion
- Deleted account identifiers, identity-verification hash, and signup/deletion dates
- Deleted 30 days after account deletion
- Terms consent records
- Deleted 1,095 days after account deletion
- Login logs / security events / personal data access audits
- Deleted 180 / 365 / 730 days after creation, respectively
- Public posts, comments, reports and moderation records
- Retained without the account link or with anonymous identifiers; no automatic deletion deadline.

If retained content or reports contain personal information, send the relevant URL and details to the operator to request removal. Administrator identifiers in moderation records are retained for auditing.
