1. Purpose

This policy protects the Services and relevant rights holders from abnormal bulk exploitation while preserving ordinary lawful use of content, service-compiled data, taxonomies, search/recommendation outputs, and databases.

2. Uses requiring prior written permission

• Repeated or systematic bulk collection or copying through crawlers, scrapers, bots, or similar automation.
• Reselling or redistributing service data, or building a database, search product, or competing service that substantially substitutes for CookPagoda.
• Circumventing authentication, robots instructions, rate limits, access controls, or other technical safeguards to obtain data.
• Harvesting personal data from profiles, posts or other user content to create a separate profile or database.
• Bulk copying or use of service data or content in which 별내림 holds applicable rights for external AI/ML training, fine-tuning, evaluation datasets, embedding databases, or RAG corpora.

3. Permitted use

Normal use through the user interface, use of an API/export feature under its stated conditions, indexing by public search engines that we technically permit, and uses that applicable law makes non-waivable are not prohibited solely by this policy.

4. Rights

Rights in original user content may remain with the user or other rights holder. 별내림(Byeolnaerim) may assert rights in its own content, software and interface, and, where recognized by law, in the selection, arrangement or investment embodied in service databases. This policy does not assign third-party rights to 별내림(Byeolnaerim).
