CookPagoda community spaces are for safely sharing food, cooking, ingredient information and experiences. We respect expression while protecting other users' safety and rights and the normal operation of the Services.

2. Prohibited content

• Content that is unlawful or meaningfully facilitates unlawful conduct.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Threats, harassment, persistent abuse, incitement to hatred or violence, or content that puts a person at risk.
• Child sexual exploitation/abuse or other child-safety violations.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, spam, manipulated engagement, or repetitive advertising.
• Improper disclosure of phone numbers, addresses, credentials or other personal data.

3. Reporting

Use in-product reporting where available. If you need to report allegedly illegal content or an urgent rights violation without signing in, email [email protected] with the precise URL/content identifier, an explanation of why it is illegal or infringing, your contact details, and a statement that the report is submitted in good faith.

4. Actions and appeals

We may reduce visibility, remove content, restrict posting, or limit accounts based on severity, repetition, safety risks and applicable rules. Where appropriate, we will provide the principal facts, applicable policy or legal basis, whether automation materially informed the action, and an appeal route. You may request review through the stated channel or operator email.

5. Repeated misuse

Accounts that repeatedly post manifestly illegal content or maliciously abuse reporting tools may be restricted after reasonable consideration of warnings, context and proportionality.
